Sitting at Cresta Cell C for the past 45 minutes now. Waiting for the manager to sort put a problem, but He has spoken to me once in the whole period. He stays in the back of the store. I cancelled a contract on 15 May 2013. Two months later found out the contract was never cancelled and debit orders still going off my account. Fortunately I had the proof that I had signed and requested contract to be cancelled. Went back to the store. They said contract was never cancelled and sent a cancellation request through again. Well, it is now end of October and the contract is still active! I have brought my bank statements as requested by the manager for my refund. I don't understand what the problem is. Money is due to me and the contract needs to be cancelled with immediate effect. I don't have an hour in my day to sit and waste here! Cell C Cresta is wasting my time!
