Telkom suspended my line without notfying and they debited my account this morning. i have told them before that this thing of them debiting my account 5 days after month is cos they are put my finances in a mess. yes i hve stop their debit order because i ddnt have enough cash in my account. nw they hv debited my account earlier as i wantd to. i called in 2 days back and i was put on hold for almost 30mins by the lady i spoke to. then i called in to ask wat was going on with my line only i was told my line has bin suspended and i told them debit order has gone through this morning and i need them to unsuspend my account. they are sayin send them proof of payment of which i refused because they have debited my acc and they should knw contact their cash management to find out about debit order send to customers' bank. After all this years i hve bin with them. they are debitin my account late always of they are apologising for it without fixing the problem. i want my line to unsuspend today.
