I have been a subscriber of MWEB since 2012 and since joining I logged calls - 49.
Since last Thursday my Internet response dropped dramatically. Speedtest results started at 1.71 and then dropped to .21 and that for 2 MB uncapped!!!
Now this happens at least once a month, then suddenly all is well, then again it happens, and I log a call again.
The last problem I had to phone Telkom myself and for four days I fought until Telkom send somebody today. After some tests the guy from Telkom said due to lighting my modem blew. I immediately I went to the Telkom store in Menlyn and bought a new modem.
I had to phone MWEB for assistance, the person assisted and at a stage he got impatiences and informed that there is other customers waiting, I demanded he stay on line until we fixed.
Maybe MWEB will tell me again if I am not happy I can cancel my contract and go somewhere else, true story!
WHY must I manage the relationship with TELKOM and not MWEB?
This is not the first time my problem of last Thursday is still there..even after I reported again to MWEB tonight mabybe it was late on shift.
