Broken tablet / stop of contact

I bought an Onyx tablet from Elite Mobile and received it on the 3/6/2013. The tablet was broken. I phone Elite Mobile, the conversation went backward and forwards. I count not struggle like this. I cancelled the contract on the 7/6/2013. The tablet as well as the 3G card was sent back on the 10/6/2013.
My night mare started after the cancelation. I received a few accounts from Vodacom. I made a few phone calls and mailed Elite Mobile and Vodacom.
Today is the 24/10/2013 and this is not cancelled yet because I received and account from Vodacom again of an amount of R6274.01 for something that I don't even have any more. The contract was for an amount of R398.00. every month.
Please think twice when somebody phone you.
