On 22 May 2013 an agent from the rewards group called me to do an over the phone upgrade. The next day i received 2 Samsung galaxy S3 phones of which my daughter took one. I immediately notified Sandy Shembe from the rewards group that i was not happy with the other handset as it is too small for me, she said she will call Ram to come and collect the handset and she gave me a query nr: 27054.
I called again on the 27 May and spoke to Chantal who promisd to get back to me, needless to say she did not get back to me. I then called again on 10 June this time to cancel my contract with Vodacom because i was not getting any assistance from them, l spoke to Merilyn Govender who said she's escalated the query and she'll definitely get back to me. She didn't get back to me and i called again on 22 July to get feedback and i spoke to Merilyn who told me the same story.
I called 082 1958 to try and cancel my contract but Siyathemba told me that the handset has to be collected before i can cancel my contract. I lost my husband n 29 July and was unable to call till i tried again today 24 Oct Chantal told me she'll look into it. Im tired of this poor service can i get assistance urgenlty.
