THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO NUMBER PORTING

I decided to port my number to vodacom last week and I went into the shop asking for assistance on this. They told me to go buy a simcard outside their shop, cut it to a mini-simcard and comeback to RICA and port. A few days later when I had done all that homework, I went back to RICA and port. My number was disconnected from MTN 24 hours later but when I put the vodacom simcard it wasn't working. I called their service number and was asked to keep it off for another 24 hours. When it still didn't work I called them again, the agent told me my number was never ported and I had to buy another simcard, cut it, Rica and wait another 24hrs before I was active again. It's Thursday today and I'm still offline. Missing work calls, personal emails, and every other conveniency brought to us by smart phones. I'm soo not impressed with them I've decided to port to cell c. I will never recommend Vodacom for anyone ever again.
