Can not get my contract cancelled after it expired

The extremely incompetent 8TA network refuses to cancel my contract. I phoned, went in to a shop but with no luck. I have been unhappy since day 1, MMS never worked, DATA never worked, been in and out of shops the entire time.

Now my contract expired, so I thought. Want to port to Vodacom but 8TA just reactivates the contract again and reinstates the debit order!!! Tried completely discontinuing the number but still 8TA keeps it alive and bills me for it!!!

I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU ANYMORE!!! Is that so hard to understand that I want to cancel after you made me pay the whole 2 years for a contract where I did not get service, now after the contract expire still the same issue!!
