Dissapointing service from Vodacare Vodaworld

I purchased a Blackberry Bold 9900 for R8000.00 last year, earlier today I took my handset in for repairs as it did not want to switch on, the handset is still within the 1st year warranty and is still in pretty good nic with a few scratches on the cover from having keys etc in my pocket with the handset. I was told that I would have to pay for the repair as the handset has "physical damage and has been dropped", was the woman who assisted me there to see me drop the handset? non the less I drove 140km all for a waste.whats the point having a phone that has a few slight scratches on it after a year and I was refused my warranty! should we wrap our devices in bubble wrap for 24 months warranty period so its stil new? Vodacom can go to from my side, I am taking all my business away them. and to think I paid R8000 for a handset from with no warranty, Pathetic after service. I will NEVER support them again and Vodacom you can be rest assured I am taking this further. maybe you should inform us clients that we should keep the fone in the box rather.
