DISAPOINTMENT IN VODACOM AND VODACARE JABULANI

I Kennedy Matamela a Vodacom contract holder, I very disappointed and irritated by the manner in which the matter was conducted, I have trusted Vodacom for years but now I fill its time that when my contract end I will never upgrade or advise any person to take up a contract with Vodacom.

The Device just went off and I took it for repairs at vodacare Jabulani, at first I was told that my device will taken in for repairs which I agreed to, later that day I was receiving sms's that were telling me the progress of the cell phone, what irritated me is that later that day when I left vodacare, I got an sms that said my phone is ready for collection, I drove from my place to the outlet when I arrived they told me it was a mistake, sorry
