Contract not explained to me

Good Day

In August I had a query with Vodacom for over debiting my account (Ref : 079 687 9128) and the very same contract was sold to me under false information as not everything was explained to me, and I was told that since my account was over charged and I was not informed of some things in my contract the money will be paid back into my account, I went to reverse the overcharged money in my account and only today when I check the status of my account I was told that my account was handed over to legal department, so I kindly request Vodacom to either cancel this account or phone me back and explain to me how do they send my account which I was misleaded on taking it to legal department did they take the recording of that contract with to their legal team

I made so many calls to resolve this but seems like no one from Vodacom is willing to help me . my contact number 081 853 5781
