Major BIS Inconvenience!!

3 days ago, my BlackBerry BIS had expired. I then Proceeded to purchase the airtime needed to reactivate it the next day, AND CONTINUED TO USE THE BIS SERVICE AFTER I PURCHASED THE AIRTIME. To my lovely surprise, i received an sms that my BlackBerry Internet Service has been deactivated, I didn't think much of it as I didn't think it was true. When i woke up this morning, they had deactivated my BIS and when i phoned Customer Care, they had told me that Vodacom had not taken the airtime from y account. Now I am left majorly inconvenienced because vodacom decided that it didn't feel like taking my airtime!
