Bad service!!!

My Sony has been giving me problems since July, I sent it in for repairs, I told them that there is a problem with the battery but the ONLY repaired the broken screen!! Now my phone is in for repairs AGAIN! No one can tell me how long it's going to take or even where the phone is now, when I phone 082 1944 the computer says my phone can't be repaired by Vodacom so it's going to a third party, spek to a consultant she says my phone is in Centurion but I received a message yesterday saying it's in Midrand at the advanced repair centre!! So where is the phone??? Now I'm sitting without a cellphone because they didn't have any loan phones for me. All this because they didn't fix a problem that should have been fixed in July. The have no sense of urgency and no one knows whats going on. It can take 1 to 21 days? Vodacom made a mistake so can they just fix it!!!
