In Sept 2012 I had to cancel my contract with Vodacom due to a data bill received that ran to high. An arrangement was made to pay the amount on a monthly basis of R775 p/m. A year later I requested a printout from TransUnion to see what is happening with my credit record.. only to find out that it shows that my account with Vodacom is in arrears with almost one year even though ive been paying an installment with them every single month. I need this record of me on ITC to be cleared. I phoned into Vodacom and they informed me that even if Im paying a monthly amount to them as arranged it still shows the outstanding amount is in arrears. I find it shocking that they can do something like that to put your credit record in a bad light. I cant apply for any loan or credit due to this. I expect this to be resoved emediately and rectified on ITC
