Terrible security

Today i got my monthly airtime. When i tried to make a phone call i find that i only have R1 left... I call 808 to ask and am told that a subscription has taken my money. I never subscribed to anything. So now im left with no money on my phone and a fear that anyone can just subscribe to things without my phone. This security is pathetic. I cant even get my money back. Im now scared to even stay with mtn as odd are minute i load airtime it will just be. Im scared to even look at my other contract numbe
