I updated two of my contracts (0783588602 and 0838940800) with MTN on the 29/08/2013 for a Blackberry Q10 (Top Up 200-200 airtime, 200mb data, 25 sms for R490) on the 0783588602 and Samsung S4 (Top Up 200-200 airtime, 200mb data, 25 sms for R450) on the 0838940800 numbers respectively. However, I have realised that the 200mb on the 0783588602 has not been loaded from 20/21 September and 20/21 October as per my previous dates from the contract period. Furthermore, I can confirm now that only 150mb was loaded on 20/21 September and now 20/21 October and not the agreed 200mb. I have contacted MTN 808 customer number and spoke to Bongi (Reference 105324267) and he has indicated the 07835802 has no data bundles and I should go to the MTN Store in Midrand. I want this issue followed-up ASAP and rectified as per my signed agreement as I will reneged on the agreement I have MTN due to non-conformance with contract T&C's. I'm going to MTN store this evening to complain, however I feel it's a bit of an inconvenience for me to be taking time off work to attend this matter.
