I logged a query on 11 October about my bill and still has not been resolved.
What concerns me most is if I had not logged onto my account 10 days into the month I would not be able to query why I am being charged when the contract I'm on has free data, free SMS and free minutes. I have not used up all my free services yet but their is a "bill so far" this is ridiculous! If I had logged on at the end of the month I wouldn't have been able to see that I'm being charged unnecessarily as I would have already used all my free data, SMS and minutes. Clearly Vodacom is money from their customers by inflating the bills.
