2nd Hello Peter Complaint

I submittied a report about the poor sevice to sort my Cell C account out in March this year. Then Sidefree Valoyi responded and sorted the account out! No news since then... but all of as sudden the account that has a credit with Cell C has been handed over? Smsed Sidefree and e-mailed him, but no response!!!

So even if you have to log a complaint on Hello Peter for Cell C to respond and sort it out, it is not resolved 7 months later??? If you phone the call centre they also do not care to sort it out? If I phone to enquire my account, it does not have any amount outstanding?? But I was handed over? How does that work Sidefree??

You NEVER give feedback!!!??
