On 14 October 2013, I complained that MTN had still not issued October pricing on corporate contracts and was promised that it would be elevated within MTN (by a person called Mantoa - REQ:2797690). As of today, 21 October 2013 there is still no October pricing. How is this possible? And how can MTN reasonably expect to retain clients with such bad service?
