Misleading Deal Advertisement

I bought Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 16G 16G N5100 for R349. As advertised and included in their 8ta/telkom mobile Summer deals as well as on telkommobile website the phone is supposed to come with an extra 16G which is a microSD card, but the Midrand telkom direct refused to give out that SD card.

I called the call centre and spoke to a lady named Gugu mhlongo who refused to give out any information regarding deals saying it is up to the dealer. She sounded incompetent even telling me that I can only get my benefits month end. What is the use of taking a contract in the middle of the month without the benefits, what happened to the pro rata

I mean what is the use of a call centre if they are unable to give out information regarding queries. Because I personally have noticed that instead of giving the customer what is due to them most dealers/sales person like keeping accessories for them-self to sell or give to their friends. I mean I have paid for that SD card by taking the contract. I had no option but leave the phone there until I get the 16G SD card or else I will cancel the contract. why must I wait 72 hours for sim to be activated

8ta has better deals but customer service
