For the last 2 months Afrihost has been shaping my ADSL account every single day and now even on the weekend to the level that I only get a 2kbs download where I am supposed to get 200kbs download. And on there website they advertise that my account will only be semi-shape and its not I am shaped every day to there level 5 shaping for 8am to 12pm at night this is even more than just office hours. I have spoken to all there Managers at Afrihost and all of them are telling me to just deal with it they are not going to help ma or they say I have to pay them more to get better service
