Vodacom my prepaid numbe

I am on prepaid 0799276418 from August 2013 and on 15 October I recieved sms that my number is upgraded to top up 99. I then phoned Vodacom and they told me that I am not the owner of this number is is registered in another ladies name now. I then said it my number and even RICA it in my name. Now they say we are going to block this number as it is a case. LOL Vodacom is the one that did the. Now my number blocked it is 3 days already and everytime I call they say they cant help I need to wait and it can take 14 days. So how must I call customers sms my wife and if my car brakes down call anyone else for the mistake vodacom made, I had to drive out R100 for petrol use a work telkom line and personal telkom line to make calls it over R300 already are they gona refund me for there mistake and all my business cards has this numbers and alll my adds. I cant get new number that is R20 as I will loose more than R100000 if I change my number.
