After numerous calls with Telkom regarding incorrect billing on my account, i get a call today to say that my account is in arrears and i need to pay it. It seems like the entire Telkom staff complement that deals with queries is incompetent as they still fail to understand a simple query! All i wanted was to be on the Telkom simple plan for R399 a month... again incompetent sales staff at the Glen were the reason i was loaded on the wrong package in the first place! Telkom is quick to respond on Hellopeter and Twitter that they will escalate the matter but I don't think anything ever gets escalated. I've never been this irritated and frustrated with a company before. for an overall rating out of 10 for Telkom I'd give them a -4.
