Hosting - PATHETIC!

My website just suddenly went down, redirecting to Afrihost's main site. I was also not able to receive emails associated with my domain. THIS MEANS LOST BUSINESS FOR ME! Submitted a "ticket", got a reply that it was escalated. 12 hours later, problem still there. I phoned in, and after a very long wait the rep fixed the problem within about 15 minutes with me hanging on. However, no apology, no explanation, NOTHING! When I tried to speak to one of their managers, I was put through to a normal rep again, seems Afrihost personnel do not understand English as I specifically asked for a manager. Then this rep had the audacity to tell me the reason was due to non-payment (which admittedly did happen 2 weeks ago, but I paid them within 2 hours after becoming aware of a payment that did not go through). It would have nothing to do with the site going down 2 weeks later. Business lost - what is Afrihost going to do about this? I've also discovered that they double-billed me due to a mistake on their part, which they acknowledged was a 'bug' in their system. So they were aware of this, but did not fix it. I'm considering taking my business elsewhere.
