On the Vodacom everyday extra, Vodacom used paid airtime instead of the 'free' time as advertised.

I verified with Vodacom on their 111 number that I used a Vodacom number, and also, according to the person I called, I was assured by him that he used Vodacom.

But today Vodacom informs me that it is not a Vodacom number and this was the reason they my airtime. How can the person - whose number it is and who assures me that they use Vodacom, and also Vodacom service to verify whether or not the number is theirs now tell me that it is not their number to justify the of my airtime!

What a - Vodacom mislead their clients and airtime willy nilly. This has also been confirmed by others who have used the Vodacom Extra airtime!

Also, it is a dreadful state of affairs that I can not respond to the person who sent me the sms with rubbish content - Vodacom hides behind anonymity - like the big bully artist service provider it is in my opinion after my personal experiences with their patronising beigerent autocratic rude staff!

Vodacom big time! Pity that all the service providers are all the same and that we have no real choice!
