MTN now scamming their clients too

I have a data bundle contract with MTN. An excessive amount of money got deducted from my bank account for this contract this month way more than I'm supposed to pay, considering I never use my full data bundle. I went to inquire at the shop I registered for this service, to discover to my shock that an account with Mira Networks CC got linked to my MTN account without my knowledge nor authorization and they were billing me daily and weekly. That money just got added to my MTN account without any of my authorization and got deducted as one full amount from my bank account, without providing me with any itemized billing account nor any records of this. MTN claims no responsibility and refuse to rectify it and refuse to give an explanation as to how this happened. Mira Networks also disclaim any responsibility to this and refuse to refund the money that got from me. All the numbers MTN provided me with to call complaint centers including WASPA are all bogus, none of them are working. Another client got R7000 from her this way, with the same response from MTN, refusing to sort this problem out. This is now 2 weeks since I've taken this situation up with MTN.
