Refusal to replace broken blacberry

I took my daughters Blackberry 9320 (top-up contract taken out in March 2013) in for repairs in September 2013 because it reboot itself from time to time. They upgraded the software locally I paid R150. The problem still existed. We took it in again and it was send to the branch in Tygervalley. AGAIN the software was updated and AGAIN I have to pay R105 for the upgrade. A week later they send it back. Problem was not solved. The third time I took it in, this time they send it to JHB for repairs. The send me an e-mail that it was "liquid damage" and I have to pay R1710 for repairs to this (new Blackberry 9320 cost R1900). They now refuse to replace this phone with a new phone as it is beyond repair. This phone is still under guarentee, as it was only 7 months old and I still have to pay for 14 months on this contract. I get the impression that when Vodacom does not want to replace a phone, especially Blackberries, it is called "liquid damage" when it was not even close to water. I had a HTC Wildfire contract from them for more than 2 years, I had no problems (not even liquid damage) with them before. Please HELP me get them to replace my phone. Job no's were 9212984 & 9245917.
