LOADING OF BIS

I bought a blackberry phone end of July and loaded BIS for August and everything was fine then now in when trying to load BIS i am not able to and i've been given a run around advised that im on contract but i am not i have been using this number for more than 9 years, what i dont understand is how does MTN not see that i have been loading the BIS for the past 3 months what would have changed now all of a sudden and the details of the company they give me when i call the number it never gets answered now i have used the same airtime loaded for the purpose of activating BIS calling around because MTN cannot seem to know how i got susbscribed to this new company for a contract that i have never even paid in my life. i require urgent feedback its almost a month now without internet on my phone this is unacceptable really annoying trying to load this BIS daily...
