On Monday 14 October 2013 I took my Samsung Laptop, into the 8ta store as it stopped working. I purchased the laptop in March 2012. It is still on contract with 8ta. A consultant by the name of Mbau advised that he did not know the procedure of booking laptops in. He made a few calls, in my presence, & further advised that he was going to contact Samsung to collect my laptop in order to service it. He did not have the contact details for Samsung. I left all my contact details with him as he undertook to make arrangements with Samsung for the collection & repair of my laptop. To date neither 8ta nor Samsung have contacted me to resolve my problem.
I find this highly unacceptable, especially due to the fact that I am still paying for the laptop.
I have taken it upon myself to personally contact Samsung and have my laptop sorted out.
I assure 8ta that I will not be upgrading any of my devices when my contracts end as I cannot continue to pay for putrid service.
