This is the email I sent 4 October - got no response whatsoever. Phoned from 8ta store Kenilworth, Cape and was told by Thabisile that cancellation would take place in 30 days. There is no reply response on-line. How do I know my email was received?
I want notification that my cancellation's in process, listing the contract numbers, as I am not just going to keep on paying for the contracts.

Good Day
I have the following 2 contracts and need to cancel them with immediate effect, as we now have MWEB uncapped ADSL.
0814418866 which ended July 2013 and is in a month to month basis - R 199.00 for 10 gigs
0815376874 which will end February 2014 - R 199.00 for 10 gigs
Please inform me when the payments will end.
I have paid for the month of October, R 398.00
