I have a mtn 350 package that comes inclusive with a data bundle. I used the data bundle one month and needed more data and used my loyalty points to buy a 1 GB data bundle. I realised last month that my usage increased significantly that I was soft locked. I realised it was because I didnt have a data bundle. I called 258 and heard that I still have my 1GB data bundle.
I called into the nashua mobile call centre and was told that the transaction of buying the 1GB data bundle was not successful.
I have an sms that says it was loaded AND when I call 258 it STILL says i have the 1GB.
Nashua is blaming MTN and MTN are saying that the data bundle wasnt loaded - BUT I HAVE AN SMS!! Now i am being charged additional for data usage when I have a data bundle???

I was soft locked because of the additional usage and I could not make calls to my client for my job because of this.
This is unacceptable.
