Dear MTN
I have submitted numerous complaints via numerous channels about charges that I was being billed on a cancelled contract. Today I received an email from MTN's "no-reply" customer complaints email address saying that they have a 24 hour turnaround time on resolving complaints, which is all good and well.. Except that I submitted my complaint THREE MONTHS AGO.
What a joke MTN!
