I phone Cell C to try and change my debit order date, first they don't have the correct bank details on the system when I do my security check even thou my payments go off the correct account (what the)
Then they cant change my debit order to the date I want because it is not one of the dates on there system but the can debit me on the 15th with a DOUBLE DEBT.
I cant cancel by debit order and go and pay it in cash because the have to have a debit order because I have a contract so even if I pay cash the will still debit my bank account.
I have THEE contracts with them and I have always paid my account even when I was not earning a salary I made a plan to make sure the get paid.
I want to know how a company as big as Cell C cant let your debit order go off on the 1st of the month. It is not like I am trying not to pay, but at this point if they cant help me the will just have to take legal action to get the money out of me as I will not go and beg, borrow and steel to make sure I have money in my account when it is best for them.
Cell C is the worst they cant even help you to get there own money. I will never make use of any of there services again.
