In the past month or so I have logged 2 complaints about Cell C signal quality in Middelburg MP.
On the first complaint I was contacted by their customer care and promised to be contacted by a network team to come and sort out the problems in Middelburg. I am still waiting all has happened since.
On the second complaint I got the standard message on hellopeter that a Cell C representative will contact me. It is now 8 days later and still nothing!!!
We have 5 Cell C phones in the family of which 3 are in our household. About 50% of any given day none of those phones have signal. I use my phone for business and this is unacceptable.
Cell C must stop lying in their ad campaigns because they feel nothing for their customers!!!

I feel like suing Cell C for breach of contract because I am paying for a service I am not receiving!!!
