BIS for Blackberries, is R59 for 30 DAYS. I activated my BIS on the 16th of September. So if you you count 30 days from there (including the 16th as day 1) day 30 will fall on the 15th of October. As there were only 30 days in September. So i was very surprised this morning when i saw that my service has already been disconnected??? I phoned Vodacom customer care and explained to them what has happened, and the more i explained the more they told me over and over that i had BIS for 30 days!! 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. How many days does that count??? 29!!! Because since today started (the 15th) I had no BIS!!! Now I reactivated my BIS and it say it is valid until the 14th of November. That makes sense, because from today to the 13th (It will be cut off as soon as we go into the 14th) will be 30days... So imagine if they keep taking 1 day, in the end, that will make another extra month to pay for BIS when in fact it is not neccisary. Take all the Blackberry Vodacom customers for example... how many extra months does Vodacom get paid for?? It is ridiculous!!! And unacceptable. Vodacom no more!!
