I blacklisted my tablet on the 12th of September and Vodacom blacklisted my cellphone without me knowing it. i took my phone in for repairs and the person behind the counter called me a week later to say they couldnt do anything my phone is blacklisted. i filled in a form to unblacklist it. they called me a week later to say my license arent valued i must bring in my id. i then called vodacom customer care and they said they would email me the form after i were at the grove mall vodacom that couldnt help me because i must fill in a affidavid. now im still waiting for the email with the form. i went back to the vodacom at centurion mall were i filled in another form and gave my id and today i received a phone call they still cant work on my phone because after two weeks my phone are still not unblacklisted. im currently paying for a phone i cant use and the phones warranty are almost up. i would like a response on this matter because after more than a month i still dont have an answer. poor servise.
