I wrote a complain last week complaing about Mtn handing me over to their debt collectors but still till now they havent call me for any ex-planation the nly thing that they do is to send me i email which is so rude and short the only thing i need is them to clear my name as i don owe them.here is their email

We apologise for any inconvenience experienced . please be advised that our system confirms that letters and text notifications was sent out to advise you of the outstanding balance. When there was no response or payment the account was handed over for collection. Once this outstanding balance has been settled the we can close the file at the external collectors.
