I applied for a line at this franchise on the 14/06/2013. I waited 3 days and no feed back with regards to the status of the new line. After calling the store, I was then told that my application was handed over to the vetting department. I contacted the store manger, Cameron and was told that he had escalated to senor management. No Feed back. I called the vetting department myself left messages for them to call me back and to date I'm still waiting. I did manage to get a hold of Leandri Pretorius who was quite helpful. I was told that there was some activity on my i.d number. I was told to take my identity document to the police station to get it checked. How can the police service help me on this one? I did contact my bank and asked them to run my id number through the system, there were no issues. But sadly to date I'm still waiting for feed back as to why my contract was not approved. I feel that the lack of information on the part of Nashua is totally not on. I'm glad that I don't have a contract with this franchise and I will advise everyone to go direct as the service levels at this franchise is a joke to say the least. Almost 4 months have gone by & still no feed back.
