After no response to my posting on Hellopeter, I proceeded to continue my pursuit to find someone to deal with my query. I eventually managed to get an email address for Marelize Kleyn, the Customer Relation manager, who might I add failed to return any of my messages I have left for her. I received a response from her and my account was reconciled.
Now I have to wait for a refund, which will take 7 to 21 days. It's fascinating, since my account can be debited almost immediately but the refund will take forever.
