My internet stopped working on wednesday and I contacted the call centre and was told its a problem at the exchange. On friday I contacted the call centre and spoke to a supervisor mirriam who promised me that she wud escalate the problem and keep me informed.2 smses later that day I still had no service. Today I spike to winnie and she told me a technician sorted out my problem on friday but she could see it was not sorted out and she promised to call me later the day with feedback. Well I received no call and my internet is still not working. I have had it. All I get is empty promises. From when I ordered the line and internet its been one mess after the other. I want my internet and telephone line sorted out. I have complained before on hellopeter about telkom and not once has anyone from telkom contacted me. Really disgusting service.
