I hope this email finds you well.
After having received very bad service from Cell C when upgrading my contract, I find myself in the same situation. I upgraded my contract in August. Then Cell C couldn't manage to deliver my phone to me for 4 weeks - this was one month that I was not able to access the internet on my phone and only after speaking to customer service for 8 times to people who still didn't know how to help me, I was in the end able to make phone calls. For all practical reasons I was without a phone for 3 weeks.
After having my phone for 2 months I realized that Cell C's admin is so bad that they are still invoicing me for the amount of my previous contract. Then I had to contact them to inform them of the mistake. Only to receive the new bill with a pro-rata amount added for the month of September during which I did not even have a phone.
I find this service absolutely shocking and I do hope that someone will be in contact with me urgently to inform me of my revised bill without the pro-rata amount charged.
