I have had a Telkom line for approximately 20 years using the Call More option. On 18 June 2013 I phoned and requested to be changed to the Telkom Simple Plan (R399 per month). What the advert says and what you get charged are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. When you complain to Telkom Account department you treated like the billing problems are your error! My account has not been less R1200 since having the R399 Simple Plan installed and my ADSL is not even working!!! Accounts refer you to Activation and Activation refer you to Accounts to lodge a dispute! I am so sick of the rubbish that we get fed. No wonder Telkom shares continue to plummet!!! Do not fall into their trap!!! Stay away from Telkom!!!
