When we signed up to MWEB in March it was for a 1 meg Uncapped UNTHROTTLED line special they were having. Now they have completely broken the agreement and ignored what i have signed up for. PLEASE DONT ever use Mweb, even if its for gaming, streaming any form of internet usage you will be throttled. Our line was throttled because i used 34 gigs this month. And then try to base it a on a 30 day rolling period, since when did i agree to a 60 day contract usage. Then they slow my data speed down to 256 kilobyte, i agreed on a one 1 meg data speed and if you going to throttle why not throttle the abuse (IE Downloading, streaming) not everything part of a line. So i have cancelled with MWEB and have to wait til the end of the month for them to do so some work and move the line back to Telkom even though this is quite easy and done in a few days with the correct forms. I am paying for a service i cant use. Good bye mweb never i will use you again and i will enforce this with others to stay away from your company and what you provide.
