On Wed 9th Oct at 18:44 I phoned Afrihost for support and could not get through because the lines were full so I sent an sms requesting support. The number I sms'd to was 32541. To date I've received no callback. from you. Why is that? How long should I expect to wait for someone to contact me or am I supposed to keep on trying to contact your support department?
