Contract Upgrade incorrect

On 05/10/2013 I upgraded my phone to another package only to find I did not receive the package I applied for. When I lodged a complaint on 07/10/2013 I was told it would take 48 hours to respond, i also received an sms stating the same. I phoned back the call centre on Wednesday 09/10/2013 where i was told it would be resolved in 48 working hours. I should have received the correct package when I upgraded, now I have to wait 5 -7 days to fix a problem that should not have exsisted in the first place. I am very dissapointed in Cell C. I have been a customer for a long time and always promoted them to others, but now I will not.
