I am really disappointed by MTN's attitude toward their corporate account holders. I have been calling to do an upgrade on two of my cellphones for the past 3 weeks. 1st week, twice i was told that they would send me their latest promos for me to choose from. nothing was received. 2nd week, i decided to go to a store, they sold me a phone and told me i dont qualify for the corporate discount, and on the features of a phone so that i would buy it. i have been calling the 0839003325 centre everyday this week, and asking if i can do an upgrade. on Monday, there was a system freeze. on Tuesday there was no stock. on Wednesday, the key accounts manager had not yet sent the promos. i asked if i could go to head office, as surely they should be able to help me. no, i was told head office doesnt have the same system as them, and thay they will receive the promo's this thursday. I called on thursday, still nothing has been received. i was then told MAM call back around the 16th, MAYBE we will have it then? really? should promo's not be decided before the month begins? its amazing how altech has the corp accounts promo's for MTN, but MTN doesnt have their OWN PROMO's. CATCH A WAKE UP
