I upgraded 02/09/2013 - choose the Q5. The phone was delivered by 06/09. All was fine 4 2 weeks until the problems started. Now I understand why you OBF states 7 days as problems only starts after 14 days. On 18/09/2013 I wanted to insert my data card for downloading. The phone kept on saying "INSERT SIMCARD". I took the phone to Vodacom shop at Mall@Reds 21/09 & they came to the conclusion that it's the phone & not the sim. They took the phone & said they will ask for OBF & is it cant be done, then the phone (which is brand new) must be fixed. Yesterday, after not hearing anything, I went to the shop & Gerhard @ the Vodashop said that Vodacom is not going to do a OBF and that the phone is on the way back to the shop - STILL BROKEN! I cannot understand how difficult it can be for someone to think that it is a new phone - now 1 month old - to rather swop of fix it instead of sending a broken phone back. In the mean time I am paying for something that I don't even have. How ridiculous is this? Gerhard confirmed going to take another 7 working days which will take my to almost 4 weeks without my "new" phone. Seriously Vodacom, I have been a loyal client for 14 years.
