Vodacom account suspended

My Vodacom account was suspended. Reason being that there was insufficient funds when the amount was deducted.

On the 20th of September i contacted Vodacom's customer care explaining the situation. I then arranged for my debit order to go off on the 25th but the operator told me that it would only be able to go off on the 27th of September 2013. I then said to the operator that i will make a payment for the amount that was in arrears on the 25th of September and the currend deduction should go off as it should. which I did - R940.

On the 28th i received a sms from my bank stating that there was a deduction of R1981.

I spoke to them as i can not afford to have R940 out of my budget.

Then they said that the amount will be refunded into my account... ONLY AFTER 14 Working days. Then after i spoke and cried today they said they will try for 7 days.

Why is it that they are the ones that made the mistake but I need to suffer..
The operator then said that i might as well wait then they will only deduct R30 for my October Billing month.

I don't need that... I need to be credited because i cant afford to have R940 less in my account
