Apparently my blackberry has water damage because I hold it in my hand, and because I speak on it and due to the heat of the applications that cause water damage. Since ever it was understood that water damage it spilling liquid on a phone or dropping it into liquid, NEVER due to the above reasons, which is NOT logical, a product is not suppose to be able to be sold if it has a fault like that, and it should NEVER be the clients problem... its a product fault. But Vodacom helps make excuses for such a fault and then wants to justify themselves by telling me that many other phones have that problem and its got nothing to do with them. A supplier to the public is suppose to refuse to sell a faulty product, or one with a bad reputation which everybody obviously tries to hide. Because check the internet and you'll see its one of the most common faults if not the most popular one, of blackberry!!! NO OTHER PHONE DOES THAT!!! I'VE SPOKEN TO MANY PEOPLE, I HAD MANY PHONES MYSELF THAT LASTED WAY PAST THEIR TWO YEARS OF CONTRACT!!! never will a blackberry last a few months before showing the same problem. And Vodacom pleads that its not their problem!
