Sim-Swap not done on time as I was told it will be

On sunday the 06/ 10 / 2013 bought a new prepaid micro sim, asked the sales agent to do a sim swap for me. He told me it 2 to 24hrs for the sim card to be active, I even dialed the 100 number for the call center and followed the prompts to get assistance nothing has been fruitful. I am still waiting for my sim card to be activated its been more than 24hrs.
