MTN is really not direct!!

This is my second complaint about the same issue with MTN!

I took my phone in for a warranty assessment, it was approved and i was to get a new phone. Skipping the aggravating details of my wait, i am still waiting for a phone!

I got a call from a guy named George who told me to go collect it from any MTN store (gave me a collection number i received when i took the phone to the repair centre) Very helpful if you ask me! This gentleman forgot to mention the fact that only MTN Direct can deliver the phone to me! (something i already knew) You can imagine the exasperation when i was told this for the umpteenth time (I thought that maybe something had changed, but clearly not!)

I have been given emtpy promises, false information, nothing i havent heard really and uthrough all of that i am still waiting for a call from Lebo Monagatane!
I really dont know how they expect me to just go on with life without a phone that I AM PAYING for, Insurance that doesnt even cover that phone anymore since it is gone!

I am annoyed and frustrated because there is nothing i can do but wait!
